Although we are safe on all metals and gemstones. many precious stones should not get wet. We recommend using our Radiance Towelettes, as it is the same formula as our Radiance Wash but does not require water or rinsing.

Having Trouble With The Radiance Wash Pump?

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble with the pump! We have found that the pump can cause difficulty in two ways - either the pump feels stuck and will not pump down or after pumping repeatedly, no product is coming out. Please note, there is no tube or straw in our bottle.

If the pump feels stuck: The formula can sometimes harden in the pump without consistent use. To clear the blockage, run the pump under warm water for about 20 seconds and then try pumping with the palm of your hand, rather than your finger, to use more force and dislodge the hardened formula. 

For pumps that are working, but no product is coming out: The pump uses an airless pump technology, so it is likely that the airlock is broken. Please note that any time the top is unscrewed, the airlock is broken. To restore the airlock, make sure the pump is screwed on tightly and pump until formula begins to dispense. Number of times will vary based on how much formula remains in the bottle.
